I realise I'm obscenely late with this, but I'm going to play catch-up and do my list.

Ten things that turn BourbonBird on:

- Intelligence. Interpret as you will. Intelligence is extremely sexy if it's not used as a bragging tool, and even better if my own intelligence is tested.
- Open-mindedness. We're all different. That's what makes this world fucking ace.
- Great forearms. Whew.
- Respect. Give it where it's due and you get it back tenfold when it comes to me.
- A wicked, cheeky, politically-incorrect, raw, honest sense of humour.
- COMMON SENSE.
- Communication. The five senses are way underestimated. Sexual honesty gets five thumbs up from me. So does a basic command for the English language in written communication, something sliding in today's Innernet society.
- Passion. Music, life, love, work, whatever. I may not agree with it, but if you believe it, ROCK.
- Ambition.
- An infallible sense of self/self-respect. At the end of the day, you deal with the consequences of your actions, and everything you have done - good or bad - has landed you where you're at. Acknowledge it, appreciate it, be proud of your wins and losses, learn from it. Stay true to Number One with a touch of reality, humility, and faith in yourself, and you shouldn't go too wrong. Believe in yourself, because ultimately, that's who you answer to. That's hot. Really hot.

Ten things that turn BourbonBird off:

- People who throw the word 'hate' around when they don't mean it. I may sound awfully hypocritical here since I do throw the word around a lot, but if I'm in a one-on-one chat with someone and we're picking each other apart, even if they shit me to tears I will not use the word 'I hate how you...' Seriously, it hurts when someone says it flippantly after you've made yourself vulnerable. Not cool.
- Ignorance.
- Arrogance.
- Machismo.
- Obnoxious drunks.
- Vanity.
- Prudes.
- Cryptic messages. I'm not bloody psychic.
- People who blame everything/everyone but themselves for when things have gone pear-shaped.
- Feet.

How depressing - some of those turn ons and turn offs are things I do/don't do myself.
